    3:30 pm:  New afternoon photos are up and posted in box #2 taken from 3rd Street and from the north side of the pier.   You can see its real small.   Looking knee high or less.   Onshore winds now so choppyish too.   The good news is the water is clear and nice. Summer is coming…
