    Surf Report comments:
12:00 pm: The waves have increased dramatically overnight, with waves in the 3 to 4 foot range with fair conditions at report time. Waves are looking to be in the chest high range or so, with big open barrels on the sets. Our local buoy is currently reading 4.9 feet @ 9 seconds, making for that big increase in size overnight. The conditions are fairly clean but just a little jumbled at report time, with our local winds currently blowing out of the W @ 11 knots. We’re likely going to see the waves get a bit more organized if those stronger offshore winds continue, although that will gradually decrease the size as well if those winds hold up out of the West. Overall, there are some large sets to be had out there and some makeable open barrels on the sets. Our next low tide is coming up just after 2 this afternoon, so those waves will likely start opening up even more and breaking closer to shore.
