    Surf Report comments:
7:25 am: Very chilly starting the day!  A cold northerly flow with the waves  1 to 1.5 feet and on the increase.    The waves are bigger than yesterday and once again, on the increase .    The wind is NNW at 18-23 knots early this morning.   On our local buoy the early wave height reading is 7.5 feet at 7 seconds way up from yesterdays 1.0 feet at 6 seconds.      The marine forecast is calling for strong northerly winds this morning.   The water temperature is measured at 65.5 degrees at The Pier this morning.   See the ocean live by viewing The Surf Station Cam Page here.

8:10 am:   Early morning photos are up and you can see the increase. Sweeping N swell pushing down the beach @ knee to thigh high with some larger set waves as the sun comes all the way up.   A developing currenty from the N with the very chilly north wind.   Look for increasing surf today.
