Constructed with vinyl ester resin and reinforced with multiple layers of E-glass fiberglass on top and bottom over a PVC foam core, the 'Recruit' is the absolute best board you can buy for anywhere close to the price we offer it at. If you don't make that $29 threshold, no big deal, we'll ship your order for a low, flat $3.99 fee anywhere in the continental U.S.. Our international merchandise is typically shipped via USPS fully insured.
