Ordering Questions
How do I place an order online?

  • Find a product you want and select the desired color.
  • Next, select the size by entering an amount in the quantity box adjacent to the size.
  • Then click “Add To Cart”
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your contact, billing and shipping information
  • You will have an opportunity to review and confirm your order before submitting it.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Authorize.net and Wampum

Can I order and purchase products over the phone?

Unfortunately, no. It is not safe due to fraud. Sorry for the inconvenience. You can, however, call us to find availability of products and we can answer any question you may have. The main shop number is 904.471.9463.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required by law to charge sales tax for purchases made within Florida. If you live outside of Florida, then you will not be charged sales tax. However, all international orders are subject to duties and customs in the destination country. Many countries do not charge for items brought in. Please check with the government of destination for information on taxes into your country.

Do you ship surfboards?

Yes, we ship surfboards domestic and international

How much does it cost to ship a surfboard?

It depends on the size of the board, how many boards and where it is being shipped to. For an exact shipping rate quote, please send an email with a list of products and the exact address it will be shipped to shipping@surf-station.com. We will email you an exact quote to ship your items.


When will I get my merch?

We do ask that you please allow 3 business days to process your order. Once the order has been processed, it will be shipped according to your specified shipping request. Shipping time vary from standard ground to expedited.

What if my package is damaged?

If for some reason your receive a package that has been damaged please contact us by phone or send an email to support@surf-station.com. If it is a surfboard box that has been damaged, there should be a sticker on the box with detailed instructions on how to report your claim.

Surfboard Questions

Do you sell used surfboards?

All of the used surfboards are kept at Surf Station II. See above for store address, hours and phone#.

Do you take trade-ins on surfboards and how much will I get for my old board?

Typically yes. If we are overstocked with a certain type of board, we may not be accepting trade-in’s at that time. Price of trade-in board depends on the boards overall condition. Only one surfboard can be traded in and applied toward new purchase.

Can I custom order a surfboard and how long does it take?

Yes, we do take custom orders. Generally a custom board can take anywhere for 6-12 wks depending on the shapers availabiltiy.

Can I return a surfboard?

Surfboards may be returned or exchanged, but ONLY under the following conditions:
• 1. The surfboard must NEVER have been ridden, used, waxed or damaged in any way by the customer.
• 2. Customer is responsible for all shipping and custom (if apply) charges to return or exchange the surfboard.
• 3. A $50 restocking fee will be charged for all returned surfboards.
• 4. The surfboard must be returned or exchanged within 10 business days of initial purchase.
*We strongly recommend insuring all returned or exchanged orders. We are NOT responsible for returned surfboards that have been damaged or lost in transit.

How much notice do you need for a surf lesson?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice, but will try to accommodate lessons the day that you need them.

How old do you have to be for surf camp?

Our minimum age for surf camp is 8 years old.

Do I need a deposit for a surfboard rental?

Yes. We require a credit card to be present at the time of rental and hold the card information as deposit until the board is returned.

No, usually not.


What are the cats names?

Peanut Butter (orange one) and Lemmie (calico)

Do you sell beer?

Yes, we have a lovely assortment of alcoholic beverages for sale at our main shop.

Is Nalu’s open?

Nalu’s is typically closed on Tuesday’s and days of bad weather but to be sure call at 1 904.501.9592
