Shipping costs for surfboards depend on the size of the actual board(s).

Box & Packaging:
Just like you, we want your surfboard to arrive on time and without damage. For this we have hired the best box and packers in the industry! Our highly trained professionals package your items to ensure your the safety and security of your package. We pride ourselves in going far beyond the industry standards and thus, have an extremely low percent of damaged packages. Surfboards are securely wrapped in high density bubble wrap and then encased with cardboard inserts around the nose, tail and rails of the board.
A $20.00 box and pack charge is added to the shipping cost and you can rest assured you will get the best packaged surfboard from anyone, anywhere, arriving at your destination.
For multiple surfboard shipments, the first surfboard packaging fee is $20.00 and each additional surfboard packed is $15.00.
In the extremely rare case that a board or package is damaged, all shipments by the Surf Station are fully insured. There is a sticker on the outside of the box with detailed instructions on what to do in the event that this unfortunate incident occurs. We use UPS ground as our standard shipping method. Once shipped most boards tend to arrive at their destinations within 1-7 days. 1. Payments for international orders can be made using a credit card through one of our authorized merchants, by bank wire transfer, or a cashiers check. We can also take personal checks if you don’t mind waiting for it to clear.
2. We can ship your board and give you a quote on delivery to the airport closest to your home. Here are some recent quotes we sent to customers all over the world!

3. In the event our shipping company does not deliver to your location, you may contact a freight forwarder and handle shipping coming into your country. We will ship the board to the freight forwarder in the U.S. and the freight forwarding company will handle shipping the board to you. Our cost to you for boxing, packing, processing and shipping the board to the freight forwarder is $99 for boards up to 7′. There will be some exceptions for boards over 7′ or destination.
To expedite a request for an international shipping quote, please include the full destination address in your Email.
Payments:
We want to get you shredding as soon as possible, but since we are dealing with expensive products we must ensure payment clears prior to shipping. Depending on the payment method you use this process can take anywhere from 1-7 business days. If you have a date you need the board by please contact us prior to purchasing and we’ll work with you the best we can to meet that deadline.

- We cannot ship surfboards or oversized packages to PO boxes or APOs. Small merchandise will be shipped via USPS to PO Boxes or APOs.
- If there is an issue with shipping your product or your order, we will contact you via the email address and/or phone number provided on the billing address.
- Quotes for shipments to Mexico or Canada will be subject to NAFTA Regulations (and may not require customs or import tarriffs).
- Quotes for other international shipments do not include customs fees or import tarriffs at your end.

Hi there. I know shipping to Brazil is a pain because of customs law, but if you use either UPS or Fedex, they handle that paper work quite fast and deliver to my home anywhere in Brazil. I would be needing the board as fast as I can get it, and I know they air freight charges are high, but would you be willing to ship it to me that way if I pay? I live in Belo Horizonte, MG, ZIP 30320-670. I am not sure on the board yet, but it would be one of these new hybrids that can handle small waves and beginner friendly. I am 5 10″, 150 pounds, regular footing, any help pn the selection would be welcome. I liked the boards made out of XTR cores, the best of epoxy combined with closed cell foam. I believe that would make a pretty tough board, am I wrong? Thanks a lot, André Feital.
