Unfortunately, no. It is not safe due to fraud. Sorry for the inconvenience. You can, however, call us to find availability of products and we can answer any question you may have. The main shop number is 904.471.9463.
We are required by law to charge sales tax for purchases made within Florida. If you live outside of Florida, then you will not be charged sales tax. However, all international orders are subject to duties and customs in the destination country. Many countries do not charge for items brought in. Please check with the government of destination for information on taxes into your country.
Occasionally an order will be held for review. This usually happens when your shipping and billing address do not match. The best way to avoid this is to choose paypal as your payment method. If you are unsure of your order status please e-mail us email@example.com with your name and what you ordered and we will look into it as soon as possible.
Yes, we ship surfboards domestic and international
It depends on the size of the board, how many boards and where it is being shipped to. For an exact shipping rate quote, please send an email with a list of products and the exact address it will be shipped to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will email you an exact quote to ship your items.
We do ask that you please allow 3 business days to process your order. Once the order has been processed, it will be shipped according to your specified shipping request. Shipping time vary from standard ground to expedited.
If for some reason your receive a package that has been damaged please contact us by phone or send an email to email@example.com. If it is a surfboard box that has been damaged, there should be a sticker on the box with detailed instructions on how to report your claim.

Yes! New surfboards come with a set of fins as do many used ones. Note: Five fin plugs does not indicate that you get 5 fins. We provide you with a basic thruster set but you can upgrade from there. If you opt to not get the stock fins, we can give you $20 off the board or a $20 credit towards a set of premium fins.
All of the used surfboards are kept at Surf Station II. Click for store address, hours and phone#.
Typically yes. If we are overstocked with a certain type of board, we may not be accepting trade-in’s at that time. Price of trade-in board depends on the boards overall condition. Only one surfboard can be traded in and applied toward new purchase.
Yes, we do take custom orders (click for more information). A custom surfboard can take anywhere for 6-12 weeks depending on the shapers availibility.
Surfboards may be returned or exchanged, but ONLY under the following conditions:
- The surfboard must NEVER have been ridden, used, waxed or damaged in any way by the customer.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping and custom (if apply) charges to return or exchange the surfboard.
- A $50 restocking fee will be charged for all returned surfboards.
- The surfboard must be returned or exchanged within 10 business days of initial purchase.
*We strongly recommend insuring all returned or exchanged orders. We are NOT responsible for returned surfboards that have been damaged or lost in transit.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice, but will try to accommodate lessons the day that you need them.
Our minimum age for surf camp is 8 years old.
Yes. We require a credit card to be present at the time of rental and hold the card information as deposit until the board is returned.
