We offer free returns on purchases over $100. *Excludes Bikinis, One-Piece Swimsuits, Surfboards, Bodyboards, Skimboards, Skateboards & Boardbags.
If a customer is wanting to return and item that was under a $100 total purchase, the customer will need to provide a return label of their own purchasing.
The conditions for a return are: Within 30 days from the date of purchase. In unused and a re-sellable condition. In the original packaging with all the tags intact.
To being a return, please contact us at support@surf-station.com. Include your Order# and information to start the process. A customer service representative will be in contact with you and guide you through your options for an exchange or refund.

All Used Surfboards are Non-Refundable.The surfboard must have NEVER have been ridden, used, waxed or damaged in any way. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping/custom charges to return/exchange. A $50 restocking fee will be charged for all returned surfboards. The board must be returned/exchanged within 10 business days of purchase. We strongly recommend insuring all returned or exchanged orders. We are NOT responsible for any returned board that are damaged/lost in transit. Any damage sustained upon return due to the consignee's poor packaging attempt will be deducted from the refund amount. Please package the return to as similar as how you received it from us.
