SURF STATION RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We understand that not everything ends up fitting like how it looks online and you may need a return or an exchange. We try and make this process as easy as possible for everyone involved. Please review the following information on returns and exchanges:
DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?
We offer free returns on purchases over $100. *Excludes Bikinis, One-Piece Swimsuits, Surfboards, Bodyboards, Skimboards, Skateboards & Boardbags.
WHAT ABOUT RETURNS UNDER $100?
If a customer is wanting to return and item that was under a $100 total purchase, the customer will need to provide a return label of their own purchasing.
WHAT CONDITIONS FOR A RETURN?
Must have receipt or proof of purchase. Within 30 days from the date of purchase. In unused and re-sellable condition. In the original packaging with all the tags intact.
HOW DO I DO A RETURN?
Please contact us at support@surf-station.com. Include your personal information and Order#. A customer service representative will reach out and guide you through the return or exchange process.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE?
Surf Station Gift Cards, Women's Bikini Bottoms & One-Piece Swimsuits, Discounted items (if applicable), Used & Consignment Surfboards, Items listed as 'Final Sale'.
WHAT IF AN ITEMS ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date with issue of damage or incorrect items. Please contact us at support@surf-station.com
CAN I RETURN A SURFBOARD?
The surfboard must have NEVER have been ridden, used, waxed or damaged in any way. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping/custom charges to return/exchange. A $50 restocking fee will be charged for all returned surfboards. The board must be returned/exchanged within 10 business days of purchase. We strongly recommend insuring all returned or exchanged orders. We are NOT responsible for any returned board that are damaged/lost in transit. Any damage sustained upon return due to the consignee's poor packaging attempt will be deducted from the refund amount. Please package the return to as similar as how you received it from us. All Used Surfboards are Non-Refundable.
