General Shipping Information: 

• We offer FREE U.S. Domestic Shipping for orders over $49 (excluding larger items like board bags, bodyboards, skateboards, surfboards, etc.)

• Orders under $49  range from $9.99  to $20 shipping.

• We offer FREE Returns only on purchases over $100 (excluding larger items like board bags, bodyboards, skateboards, surfboards, etc.)

• Orders under $100 will need to provide their own return label. (Upon request, we will offer return labels for the cost the carrier charges us).

• "Buyers remorse" returns, for large items & orders under $100, do not qualify for free return shipping. The return shipping fee may also include a reimbursement surcharge of the original shipping cost issued to our company by the shipping carrier. 
• Board bags are NOT included free with a surfboard purchase. We offer 20% off surf accessories with a surfboard purchase & must be added to the order at checkout. (Unless otherwise posted).

• Certain Items are subject to be Non-Returnable. For a list - click here.

• All shipping costs & times are subject to change.

• Shipping transit times are from the date the item leaves our facilities. “Business days” constitute M-F & do not account for weekends. 

• Following the progress of your shipment is the responsibility of the cosigner once the shipment leaves our location.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been picked up by the carrier. Origin AND return costs due to a non-deliverable shipment, cancellation of shipment while in transit, or pickup from a local shipping hold location are the responsibility of the cosigner & are subject to be deducted from the refundable amount.
  
• Refunds for returned items will be processed once the item(s) have been safely delivered back to our location.
• The Surf Station will NOT be held responsible for any carrier confirmed shipment deliveries that are either not located at the recipient address, or deemed "stolen;" as these cases fall on a word vs. word basis.
• The Surf Station will NOT offer a return for any international orders under any circumstances. 

*Please note: Due to certain Shopify limitations on their back end shipping platform, & multiple fulfillment locations, rare shipping mis-quotes are subject to occur. The Surf Station shipping department will reach out asap if such an issue arrises.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Order over $49 free with certain restrictions

Q: How long from when I place my order till you ship it?

A. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing before your order ships from our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: Yes, we do offer expedited services including Overnight, 2-Day, and more. Please email shipping@surf-station.com for a quote. Expedited orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the following business day.

Q: How do you ship wetsuits?

A: Wetsuits will be shipped in the smallest package possible to keep shipping costs low. If you would like a wetsuit shipped in a larger package, request at checkout.

Q: Can I make a change to my order?

A: Only if you contact us immediately after you have made your purchase. Orders cancelled or redirected by the customer's request while in transit will be subject to additional charges.

Q: Can I buy online & pick up in store?

Q: Do you offer local delivery?

A: This special service is available to anyone living WITHIN 50 miles of St. Augustine, FL.If a surfboard is purchased by 2pm on any weekday, one of our employees will hand deliver your board to you that same day by the end of the day, ensuring the safe delivery of your board that is in our possession at all times.

Boundaries Include: 

North - Mayport / Downtown Jacksonville

South - New Smyrna Beach

West - Orange Park / Green Cove Springs / Palatka

If an order is placed that is deemed "Outside the Delivery Area" for the address provided, standard FedEx or UPS service will be used. (Transit time around 1 business day).
