General Shipping Information: 

• All customer cancelled orders will be subject to a $20 restocking fee.
• All shipping costs & times are subject to change.
• Shipping transit times are from the date the item leaves our facilities. 
• Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been picked up by the carrier. 
• Following the progress of your shipment is the responsibility of the cosigner once the shipment leaves our location.
• Refunds for returned items will be processed once the item(s) have been safely delivered back to our location & are in original condition. 
• Return costs due to a non-deliverable shipment or pickup from a local shipping hold location are the responsibility of the cosigner & will be deducted from the refund amount. 
• All used boards are non-refundable. The Surf Station, nor the shipping carrier, is liable for any damages to a used item that have a chance to occur while in transit. Order used items online at your own risk!
