SMALL PACKAGE SHIPPING • GENERAL TERMS
Small package shipping is for items including: clothing, swimwear, soft goods, stickers, smaller items that could fit in a small envelope or small package.
OVERSIZED PACKAGE SHIPPING
Oversized package shipping is for items including: skateboards, bodyboards, skimboards, and larger sized items fitting in a box.
STANDARD SURFBOARD SHIPPING
Standard surfboard shipping rates are for normal, average everyday surfboards from shortboards to longboards. Board dims and final destination determine the cost.
DISCOUNT SURFBOARD SHIPPING
Discount surfboard shipping rates applies to specific surfboards noted on their product pages that offer special discounted shipping rates.
USED SURFBOARD SHIPPING • NON-CONSIGNMENT
Used surfboard shipping rates applies to used surfboards that are 'Non-Consignment' (not Privately Owned) and our owned and sold by Surf Station 2.
CONSIGNMENT SURFBOARD SHIPPING • PRIVATE
Consignment or Private Seller surfboard shipping rates are surfboards that are privately owned and therefore shipping is more expensive.
INTERNATIONAL SURFBOARD SHIPPING
We can and do ship surfboards worldwide! The cost always comes down to a custom quote created by our shipping manager. Please contact us for a custom quote.
STOLEN OR DAMAGED SHIPPING
We do our absolute best to package your items safely and securely so that they arrive to you just as you imagine them. But things do occasionally happen...
RETURNS & EXCHANGES SHIPPING
We offer free returns on items purchased at $100 or more. Items under $100, customers will need to provide their own return label if wish to return.
