    Surf Report comments:
7:25 am: Still surf for your hump day.   It may be a little smaller than yesterday.   The wave height is 2 to occasionally up to 3 feet.  The surface contions are semi-choppy to choppy with sideonshore S winds at 12-13 knots.     On our local buoy the early wave height reading is 5.2 feet at 14 seconds down from yesterdays 5.6 feet at 11 seconds.   The marine forecast is calling for S winds today  The water temperature is measured at 65.7 degrees at The Pier this morning.   See the ocean live by viewing The Surf Station Cam Page here.
    .
8:00 am:  Early morning photos are up and posted and you can see the waves are not clean with the sideshore winds.  It’s more sectiony and mixed up with cross chop from the south.  Wave size looks about thigh to rib high.  Could be a few set waves a little bigger than that, and of course some waves could be smaller than that.  The wind may pick up south which would chop it up.  Could it swing/clock a litte more offshore and clean some spots up?  Anything is possible...
