The Rusty Heckler 5'3 Consignment Surfboard - FCS II is in alright condition with a few pressure dings along the deck and a few pressure dings along the bottom. There are a few scratches and a few stress fractures in the glassing too. There’s also a couple ding repairs along the rails, but they look to be professionally repaired. There are a few open dings/cracks in the tail area of the board, along the rails, near the fin boxes, and in the nose area of the board as well.
