"The Firewire Neutrino Tomo Ibolic Surfboard performs much like a skateboard in the ocean.
The Neutrino has a tail design that I feel is the lowest drag tail you make, which is a straight chop. Enabling the water to release clearly without any divergent or redirected water flow - the Neutrino tail is all release, no drag, ideal for small wave conditions and creating speed when the wave energy is low.
The template of the Neutrino is ultra parallel like all my Modern Planing Hull designs. This is important because it allows the board to be sized as short as possible while maintaining maximum functional rail line throughout the design.
The nose plays into the parallel outline. It has nice area to paddle forward and catch waves with. And, it's great for low swing weight performance surfing so that you can hit the lip and have no feeling of swing weight on the nose of your board. Can I return a Surfboard?
- The board must have NEVER have been ridden, used, waxed or damaged in any way.
- Customer is responsible for ALL shipping/custom charges to return/exchange.
- A $50 restocking fee will be charged for all returned surfboards.
- The board must be returned/exchanged within 10 business days of purchase.
- We strongly recommend insuring all returned or exchanged orders.
- We are NOT responsible for any returned board that are damaged/lost in transit.
- Any damage sustained upon return will be deducted from the refund amount.
Does the Surfboard come with fins?
• Typically not, unless stated in the Product Description that fins are included.

Can I Custom Order a Surfboard?
• Yes, we do have direct lines with a lot of the board manufacturers and can submit a custom order. Please fill out our Custom Surfboard Order Form if interested.

Shipping Carriers require a signed delivery for shipments over $500. If you choose to NOT want a signed delivery, please notify our support team with reference to your order # prior or upon placing the order at support@surf-station.com. Upon waiving the signature delivery, the consignee also waives the liability of our company and the shipping carrier in cases of porch pirates, or other related activity, causing the package to not be located.
The Surf Station will NOT be held responsible for any carrier confirmed online shipment deliveries that are either not located, or deemed "stolen;" as these cases fall on a word vs. word basis.
* The Surf Station will NOT be held responsible for any shipments to a freight forwarder once the package has been confirmed delivered to the forwarder. Any discrepancies of a shipment that arise is therefor solely between the forwarder and the consignee.
* Any loss or damages sustained by a shipment aided by the transport of a freight forwarder is NOT the fault of The Surf Station & The Surf Station will NOT be held liable for any such loss or damage.
*Surfboard Disclaimer: Fiberglass Surfboards are not indestructible. Most are man-made, and are known to sometimes contain minor blemishes such as burned glass from the board shaper, unequal coloring from the glassing process, cosmetic scratches, etc. The Surf Station is not liable to compensate for these small imperfections as they will not damper the performance or structural integrity of the surfboard. The cosigner accepts these terms upon checkout.

- The Surf Station will NOT offer a return for any international orders under any circumstances.
- Any loss or damages sustained by a shipment aided by the transport of a freight forwarder is NOT the fault of The Surf Station & The Surf Station will NOT be held liable for any such loss or damage.
- Board bags are NOT included free with a surfboard purchase. Surf accessories are 20% off with a surfboard purchase & must be added to the order upon checkout.
While damages are very rare, our company will work with the cosigner in a fair and efficient manner.
